Off to Buenos-Aires

Cocker spaniel dogs have eyes made to make one feel guilty. They are unbelievably able to convey sadness and convince you that you and only you are the root of their distress.

Gracie adds the talent of climbing into the open suitcase to express her grief.

But I left the house at 3:30am, boarded a plane at 6:30 for the joy of sardine packed flights with 2 plane changes to arrive in Buenos-Aires at 8:30am the next day.

With only about 3 hours of sleep (if that).

But here we are. In a lovely room at the Alvear Palace Hotel. I managed to get to the bed before I fell asleep.

And after the nap we went grave hunting and found the current resting place of Evita Peron! Just a few blocks from our hotel in a graveyard that is fascinating!

Then back to the hotel for some much needed food. Celeste joined us and pronounced the food adequate. She was disappointed that there were no bananas!
